At NCA Consulting and Training, we are an Australian family owned and operated business providing companies and individuals with Structured Workplace Solutions, catering to their individual needs.

At NCA we have nearly forty (40) years’ experience in investigations with insurance companies, corporations, government departments and individuals. Pat and his industry-experienced team have taken pride in their personalised and professional service.

We have become the repeatable business you see today through recommendations, listening and working closely with our long established clients.

This experience and approach to business has lead our company NCA Consulting to grow and expand to suit our current and potential client’s needs.

Which is why, in the past, we were known for Workers Compensation and In-house Investigation we have now branched out into different areas.

We offer innovative risk management solutions, human resources, Work health and safety services, training, drug and alcohol testing and in-house investigations.

With the use of cost effective, practical methodologies, we can assist you to identify, assess and control risks that you or your  business may face.

We have worked hard over these years to establish NCA Training Pty Ltd in 2015. We hold the Certificate of Registrations, by the Australian Skills Quality Authority, as a Registered Training Organisation, RTO No. 41110.

We have based NCA Training’s content on the features demanded by our clients; we have developed a range of accredited and non-accredited training to suit these needs.


So, what does 2018 bring…

NCA Consulting and Training heading down a new and exciting pathway, Pat’s retirement.

While Pat will no longer be in the office, he remains an important part of the business, providing the benefit of his decades of corporate knowledge, wisdom and experience.

Passing the baton to the next generation should not be an act of excommunication. Retiring managers, retiring employees for that matter, still have an important role in passing on their years of knowledge, wisdom and experience to the next generation, a valuable resource that too few businesses take advantage of.

At NCA, we believe operational efficiency dictates we should use all resources at our disposal, as they say ‘no point reinventing the wheel’.

Pat will continue in an “Operational Advisory” Ad Honorem position, assisting the NCA team and clients with a smooth transition.

At NCA we will continue to deliver our promise of providing Structured Workplace Solutions to our current and future client’s needs.
